The first photo was taken by John Mazlish. When I saw the shape of the structures, I knew they had to be cans of paint. The idea to add aerosol clouds came a few weeks into actually painting the silos. All of the best ideas come during action. It took the better part of the summer to get these done. I was on a boom lift going up as high as 70' in some places while fighting the elements. And it didn't help that I had a newborn baby at home. The Wynwood Silo's were commissioned by Supermix. The client wanted to give something back to Wynwood, and gave me full creative freedom. Contributing photo of silos from the east (with elecrical wires in front) by "Roxy from Miami"
