Standard Shipping

Packaging and handling is included in the price of all products; however, when ordering Original Art or Limited Edition Prints and Reproductions, please allow an additional four business days for custom packaging and handling and two additional business days when ordering Wearable Art or Collectibles to the shipping option chosen.

Rush Shipping

Rush shipping is available for most items except to APO/FPO and American Territories. Most items can be delivered within two business days anywhere in the continental U.S. Delivery calculation starts on the first business day after the order is placed. (Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays.) When applicable, surcharges for large or heavy items are noted following the item’s price.

International Shipping

Shipping and processing rates are for the U.S. and its possessions. For international rates, e-mail us at info@kraveart.com. Recipient is responsible for all taxes and duties.

Sales Tax will be added for orders placed for delivery in Florida.

Return Policy

All sales are final on Original Art and Limited Edition Prints and Reproductions, unless items ordered are damaged in shipping.  Under such circumstances, a replacement, when available, will be shipped upon receipt of the returned item or proof of irreparable damage has been documented by and received from the customer. Contact the store for details. When a replacement is not available, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.

Shipping charges for returns of Wearable Art, where no damage exists, shall be the responsibility of the customer; however, replacements will be shipped at no charge upon receipt of said items by the store. Wearable Art, damaged in shipping, will be replaced at no charge pending receipt of the returned item(s) or proof of irreparable damage has been documented by and received from the customer. Contact the store for details. When a replacement is not available, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued upon receipt of the returned item.
